Have you worked with a wide-angle lens before, and if so what would you recommend on a full frame? - Anonymous
How wide are we talking here? I shoot portraits so I rarely use wide angle lenses. Wide angle focal lengths distort the subject making them look weird.
If we’re talking portraits I would get a lens with a 35mm focal length. It’s really wide on full frame and has minimal distortion on people as subjects.
If you’re willing to go wider for landscapes and what-not, go with a 28mm.
If you’re willing to go even WIDER, there’s always a fisheye or a 17-35 zoom lens!
